President Trump is scheduled to participate in a Kennedy Center board dinner on Monday evening.
Trump declared in February ousted multiple Kennedy Center board members, making himself the chair of a new board.
Later that month, one of his first-term appointees to the board floated a Jacqueline Kennedy-centered fashion show, an associated marina and potentially even franchising the institution.
Monday evening’s dinner is scheduled for 7 p.m. EDT.
