As much as I’m thrilled the Liberals won, I’m so bumbed about NDP losing official status. I live in Hamilton Centre, which has been NDP since the riding was created 20 years ago, and our incumbent literally lost to some guy from missassauga who didn’t even show up for the debate!!!

Like NDP ain’t perfect, but I met Matt Green when he showed up for one of the smaller Palestine protests held in Dundas. He’s been a good MP.

    This is what happens when people don’t understand strategic voting. People in safe NDP ridings like Hamilton and Windsor switched to the Liberals to “stop” the CPC and ended up splitting the vote, in a lot of cases giving the seat to the CPC in the end. Like no if you’re in a safe NDP riding you can still vote NDP goddammit.
